Another excellent SCBWI conference has finished, but if you missed any of the action, hop on over to the
TEAM BLOG official conference blog to catch up on EVERYTHING!! It was a great time, it was crazy weather, and there were even some shenanigans. Here are my pics from behind the scenes!
First night fun with my pals from Washington-Joni Sensel, Laurie Thompson, Kim Baker and Jaime Temairik. Then an after-hour meet up with Alice Pope,
Lee Wind and Ellen Hopkins.

Taking a quick break with my agent Jim McCarthy,
Amanda Morgan and agent Mary Kole. Oh, and also the most ginormous bowl in the universe.
I did venture out to see my fabulous editor one beautiful afternoon.
But first I stopped in the toy store :-)
A panel of favorite people for the
LGBTQ Meet and Greet:
Lee Wind, Ari Lewin, Jim McCarthy and Aaron Hartzler
My agent with his adoring clients- Me, Jessica and Robin.
A minute to laugh with Amanda, Jeff and Steve
Back home at the Hyatt lobby bar. Me and Jim McCarthy, agent Michael Bourret and the ever-awesome Ellen Hopkins. Also, agent Mary Kole with Lee Wind.
After the VIP party I caught up with Bryan, Chris, Jeff and Steve. Then I got the hiccups for two hours.
Me and Amanda taking the time to document our permanent residence in the hotel bar.

Loved the pics -- thanks for posting them! Sounds like you all had an awesome time! (Yes, I'm jealous...) ;)
It was fantastic to meet you, Suzanne! I can't wait to read your book! *reaches out greedy hands*
I rocked that casually serious expression! The curse of looking overly-giddy in pictures has lifted. Thank you, Suz!
